The Executive Assistant to the Governor on Political Matters, Prince Sam Ughujowhovwo has joined the rank of notable Deltans in commending Governor Ifeanyi Okowa for opening up State food bank and the even distribution across the state.

Ughujowhovwo who is outgoing Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party Udu Chapter said the palliative items where not meant for a particular party but for Deltans, vulnerable Deltans across all political parties.

According to him, appreciation is an application for more, no wonder the Bible said that when good people are in power the people rejoice.

"what a wonder working Governor we have, Governor Okowa's type are rare. We must appreciate him for his kind gesture towards Deltans in this trying times." he said

He said Governor Okowa is God sent to Deltans to manage tough times and called on the people of the state to join hands with the Governor in the fight against COVID-19 pandemic ravaging the world which he prayed will soon be a thing of the past.

He prayed God for continued wisdom upon His Excellency to pilot the affairs of the state, good health for him and his family and above all victory over COVID-19 pandemic.
