It's a rhetorical question, because it's clearly evident that they weren't given any face mask, because if they were given, they would have used it, a better approach will be to give them facemasks on the spot rather than arrest them....

How easy is it to get a free facemask in Nigeria grin like we are not living here together, how easy is it to get one? Kindly explain.....

Let them temper justice with mercy considering the economic effect of the lock down. Instead of locking them for not wearing face mask, they should provide them with it. 6months imprisonment is too much for a minor civil wrong.
