Anytime you see Wema Bank, run as fast as possible. It is scammers favourite. He opened the account with a stolen BVN.

How is that possible pls? to use stolen bvn? cant the bank see the ID the cstomer presents and that on the bvn customer is saying belongs to him dont match? during account opening?
