This are last five transaction I did on that account where is it that I sent the money to another account or used it. That is also the balance right now, I have sent Ra007 all this thing, yet he chose to portray me as a bad person. God dey sha.

No sir, he did not refund in full. We got a screenshot of what was refunded. He did not refund the full amount sent to him in USD.

As far as the buyer is concerned, it's what he received that he refunded which doesn't equate to the full amount at the seller's end due to double conversion. The problem here is that the buyer didn't tell the seller to send as USD in the first place. If this was done, this issue won't come about in the first place, so i feel the buyer here is more at fault. Hopefully they sort out themselves
Edit: It's clear to me now that the money was sent as USD, not another currency. So buyer clearly has to refund USD in full
