75% of companies in Nigeria are currently doing this. Some have already informed their employees, some are waiting for work to resume before informing their employees.

Those in Lagos and Abuja can go to court if they were exempted by the President's address to enforce their right to a pre planned Leave.. cool cool cool it might also means the company executing a force majeure.So the best thing is to have a gentleman and gentle lady discussion and move forward.

After donating billions of Naira to the FGN
So, the AUDIO donation was at the expense of the same staff raking in the monies

If its saying the lockdown should be taken as leave, don't people get paid alongside leave bonus when on leave?

I know they might want to argue that No Company allows all its staff to embark on leave at the same time but for the sake of humanity, they should be paid.

Otherwise, they should equally be allowed to go on their actual leave when the time comes... undecided
