I don't think 100k will be enough, considering the fact of feeding, vaccination and other dog accessories. But if you have a regular stream of income apart from the 100k then you are free to proceed. Also have it at the back of your mind that dog investment is very productive and at the same time a great loss.
There are many things that you have to put into consideration and the most important thing is Do you love a dog, or it's just strictly business?

Dogs don't have specific profit, because you cannot predict their litter/puppies.

U know if u buy a pup and j want to turn a breeder
Tbvh 100k is nothing. If u want to vaccinate the 2 puppies
Eskimo and lahsa it will cost u nothing less than 14-15k. Feeding also, maintenance. To buy dog is easy to maintain is the real deal.
Why can't u buy an adult female dog and start from their.
I heard of someone who start from;
Local dogs
Mix gsd
Normal gsd
Full breed gsd
Other breeds
Now he import dogs and sell dogs feed.
Specie advise buy an adult dog a gsd or a boerboel. They usually give birth to many puppies. U can start from their and u will blow anytime.
