Tithing was done outisede the lawbefore God made it a command .... Gen 14:20 .... Nobody told Abraham to pay tithe but he did meaning it must have been a practice know to them

In Leviticus 27:30 God announced that tithe was his share of everything he had given unto you. It was to be seaprated and given to him through the Levites who were his appointed priest

The Levite were to offer a tenth of the same tithe as offering to God .


Today everyone redeemed by the blood of the lamb is redeemed a priest and a king and the primary duty of the priest is to offer sacrifice to God which includes our tithes which is used to advance God's kingdom here on earth .

Levites are priest . Rev 1:6 ....Rev 5:10

It is better to give those women that sweeping the roads your tithe, than to give those God of Men. How can someone carry his hard earned money and give somebody that his driving rose Royce or private jet.
Because they promise them imaginary prosperity, grin grin grin grin meanwhile when they don't see the prosperity they will start insulting the government.....wisdom is profitable to direct.

Stop paying tithes to Pastors, there are lots of needy around us that needs it more than the pastor. Let's alleviate poverty amongst us, That's the beauty of religion

The shock the whole world got was that church moved from being the poorest institution/organisation to being one of the richest in the world, by then they have more enemies if not the whole world to contend with.

What would have been fate of the church if there is no money in this pandemic period. Then church will be begging govt for 10mins on NTA lol, now churches have radio stations, TV stations.etc

Someone mentioned Dangote, if Dangote need TV to grow his business, he would have acquired the whole TV stations, in essence the church is using the media which is a tool for propagation of the gospel and children of devil are crying tithes and offerings

How many people have benefited from you in your community with your non payment of tithes.

Leave tithers alone, your message have no backings atleast tithing didn't stop us from being good to our neighbors.

The funny aspect is as Dangote n co supported the govt, the Church also lend there hands to help the govt. What a wonderful world

Every church has a code including the Catholic church... Go to quickteller and access religious institutions.... Young person's like you ought to know more than you presently do about issues of life ... No church brought any code during the lockdown ... Those codes have been in existence years before lockdown


I pay tithe and offering to winners for years using quickteller .... Now I don't need the account details because the church like the Catholic church is listed on the app.


Pursue understanding, it is the anchor of life
Don't mind this catholic people with no understanding and shear jealousy.

in other words, if I don't pay tithes, I won't earn anything?? My God is not a money doubler, and giving to the my parents and the needy around me is enough! i haven't earned any money for the past 2 months for obvious reasons and not because I don't pay tithes! So you know, I have never paid tithes in my life and God has been blessing me to bless others!! if you know my story, you won't be here talking about tithes!!

I don't, I prefer giving my money to children in the orphanage. That gives me more joy.


The last time I visited I bought only four cartons of noodles and the children were celebrating as if I bought them a trailer load of noodles. I almost cried that day, when I got home the kinda peace I had was top notch. I can't give my money to one criminal on suit.

Yes I still pay my tithe and offerings. As a matter of fact I just transferred my tithe to my church's account this morning.

Tithe is God's money (10% of your earnings) so it's not subject to debate as it is mandatory for every Christian believer who doesn't want to enjoy a life of hardship. I don't care who quotes me to say nonsense but this is just the plain truth.

It's either you honour God's word and pay or you enjoy the hardship in the land. And for those who think otherwise your opinion is not necessary as God has been blessing me and right now I have more than enough.... So God's word works!

Stop quoting the Bible upside down, that verse of the Bible Deuteronomy 26:12 which you quoted was admonishing us to pay our tithe and first fruit to God.. don't read only that verse, start from verse 1.. God bless you
