26-year-old private security guard, Ibuchi Nwoju,  attached to Coca Cola depot in Onitsha, has allegedly stabbed a young man to death.

The suspect who came from Asa village, Abia State but reside in Onitsha, Anambra State,  had an altercation with one Cletus Chisom , 22,  years of Ekekwe Street Awada and stabbed him with a knife on his chest.

Speaking on the incident, Anambra State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Haruna Mohammed, said operatives from Okpoko Division in Onitsha has arrested the suspect.

He explained that the victim, Chisom became unconscious after the incident and was rushed to Goodnews Hospital Onitsha where he was confirmed dead on arrival by a medical doctor.

The PPRO further said that the  Chisom’s corpse was deposited at Toronto Hospital Mortuary for autopsy.

Commissioner of Police CP John B.Abang, has ordered for immediate transfer of the case to State Criminal Investigation Department (CID) Awka for discreet investigation.

Everybody needs to be very careful this season as it appears death is being recorded through every way and means these days. God will surely see us through.
