mst uf us hv been speculating since last yr august about aaua admission list ,,d fact is dt if u pass n u met all there requirements u will surely b admitted

Dts jst one thing i knw,u cnt meet all their requirements without u being admitted their are certain things we should knw about akungba before picking the schl in ur jamb exams
1)if u pick dm as first choice u will b easily considered,i dnt mean easily considered in d sense dt if u fail their post ume whether u pick thm as first n second choice u wnt b given any admissn

If u pick thm as 1st choice n u pass d cutoff mark u will surely b admittd,bt if u chose dm as 2nd choice even though you pass the cutoff mark fr a particular coyrse u might nt b admitted, sum1 should ask m why
those who chose dm as 1 choice will b considered first b4 d 2nd choice
lets use the dept of economics as example
if d total number of students they wnt to admit to economics dept ths yr is 100,over 70% will b fr those who chose dm as 1st choice,fr those who chose thm as second choice it will nw b,the higher ur average score d better ur chances uf being admitted into d economics,it will nw bcom a fight uf survival uf d fittest,

Toseman,am tired of this skul,after sending names to jamb,wetin remain,abeg tell me,pls other dnt chose aaua,they are too slow,infant the jamb people shld ban them cuz they are nt taking prospective student

lets say ur jamb score is 240 n ur post jamb score is 64,to calculate ur average score it will nw b
divide ur jamb score by 8= 240/8=30
divide ur post ume score by 2= 64/2=32
so ur real average score=30+32=62
okay nw lets talk bout d second choice issue,u dt chose dm as 2nd n u score 68 in ur post ume n u ar hapi dt u passed,u mite stil nt gt admitted,am sure sum1 mst hv said is 68 nt a gud mark, yes its a gud mark bt if d person's jamb score is 200,he might nt gt admitted
so sum1 wif a jamb score of 200 n a post jamb score of 68,hs average score will b
200/8=25 68/2=34
so hs average score wiill b 25+34=59
imagine dt despite having a high post jamb score,d average score ws still low
to b on a safer side hv a high jamb score n a high post ume score

@Ay50 if dt u knew wt d former VC did u wnt b talking lyk ds,if any of hs brother or sister in akungba dt knwsd former vc well ask dm they wil tell wt he did

social sciences and management sciences(SOMASA) its d mst competitive faculty in a.a.ua,they hv d highest number of population in d school,SOMASA comprises of courses like economics,banking n finance,business admin,geography n planning
number of courses under somasa is nt much when compaired to the facultu of science,so admission is more difficult in somasa than any othet department in a.a.ua

please, what is d cut-off mark 4 mass comm. 1st and 2nd choice, non indigene? I have 224 in jamb and 58 in post utme. Did i meet d cutoff?

jst go to www.jamb.org.ng click on check admission status if u c ur name it means you hv been admitted

the second list is not yet out,just keep on watching and praying cos prayer can do everything.

Dnt mind stngate or wt did u cal urself,their is nothing like 2nd list or wtso ever,akungba will paste 1st,2nd n supplementary at d same tym,by d way stngate none of d list is out yet so dnt cm here wif wrng infos

@posterl, i dont know y u abandon the previous forum, u guys ar putting ur self at risk with frauders by open another forum, any way, any list as not been pasted, @all wat u have to do now is, go to jamb office closer to u and buy card to print ur admission letter because i don buy my own and it is only 1000 naira only, i will paste d pix 4 u to see
