It's terribly embarrassing for another country to tell us what to do with our own money, but because the Nigerian citizen has refused to hold our own government accountable, the US now has the yam and the knife...

About $36,155,000 (N13,015,800 billion) out of the $250million was also withdrawn in cash “without any purpose” on March 2nd, 9th, 16th and 18th of 2015.

If the past governments can't do well to judiciously spend the repatriated loots, then it is expected that we will face this kind of public embarrassment
