it depends on a lot of factors, from location to type of shops and quality of materials to be used. its just like getting a device, if i want to buy the camon 15 now theres a lot to consider like processor, camera, durability and battery

I don't know about buildings but I feel if you really want to build something with standard and real fast then it might not be enough, use quality products that will stand the test of time and not inferior ones. Just airing my opinion sha.
