Go to CV, they'll flash it for you. Alternatively you can use volume down+power button to see if it'll reset from there

Enter your phone's recovery menu
Wipe Dalvik cache
Wipe phone cache partition
Boot into safe mode
Then restart the device

its TECNO, Throw it away and get a better device. And if you dont have money to buy a new or better device, then sell it as scrap am sure the change would get you a small java phone. (thats what am using sef)
