In 1983,Ghana was a collapsed state with a severe drought and famine and at the same period, Nigeria was a booming oil nation reaping billions of dollars from crude oil sales. This made Ghanaians migrate en mass to Nigeria as economic migrants and Nigerians hated Ghana for flooding into their country. Therefore a law was made to forcefully deport or sack any foreigner without legal documents thus over 2.5 million West Africans were forcefully sacked from Nigeria and out of this number, over 1.5 million of them were Ghanaians .The checked bag was the bag of convenience then for the Ghanaians to get their stuffsin quickly and leave.

All the over 1.5 million Ghanaians left wihin a week and non of them was allowed to take a single belongings or even their own money thus leaving all their properties behind. There was a stampede of millions of people forced out of the country on the borders and in the contry thus thousands of Ghanaians lost their lives and those who refused to leave were arrested and jailed. So the checked bag was named "Ghana Must Go" bag to mock and show the hatred of Ghanaians by the Nigerians.Nigerians believed Ghanaians were taking their jobs, businesses and were criminals, shoemakers and breadsellers and spoiling their youths just as karma has now make the Nigerian migrants targets due to these same accusations they painted Ghanaians then.

God being soo good,Ghanaians left, fixed their country,Ghana and now as am talking to you, over 5 million Nigerians are in Ghana as economic migrants. What will you do if you're Ghana now.Smile with these same Nigeria?

We thank God. The Bible says in all things, we should than God. I can imagine the Ghanaians who were humiliated and sent packing as if they were criminals. They have lived long enough to see what nigeria has become today. Again, God is a good God! And they expect us to smile with them?

Wow, nice dear....
This turn around for GHANIANS reminds me of the common saying "" NOBODY KNOWS TOMORROW "" "
Well if we abide by 2 chronicles 7 v 14, we may still equate them
