Illinois institute of technology is waiving application fees and GRE for applicants before may 31. Check it out.

Both are good but from my experience, i think public schools fund more.

You have to search online for that list depending on the country you want. If you watch my video on how I landed a full scholarship, I shared and showed a method also using LinkedIn. All the best.

Hi, I just saw this and thought to comment. Your bound is too conservative for a good score. 300 is an average score. A good score is anything from 310.
