I want to also learn from you vast knowledge in vehicle. In a few days I'm about to close a deal with some one to buy his Bora 2003,Auto Shift with 1.6liter engine(Below 100k milage), I understand the 2003 comes with the VW MkIV engine, what I dont know is if the Gear box on the 2003 series are problematic after 100k milage as is the speculated reports of Golf 3 users whose vehicles come with DUU gear box (which some report on from car owners report as having problems) and MkIII engines. Please HELP Mr Siena. Thanks |

stay away from that car. why not go for a toyota or honda? |

 Richie what could be the reason for telling me to stay away from the vehicle, would want to know specifics. My issues with toyota within the year range that is 2002 to 2004 is that the back shocks fails so often cause of the large boot behind special reference to toyota camry 2004 which fish tails. As for Honda the baby boy (1998 to 2002) and EOD have AC issues and not to mention the ball joint of the front tire which gives way. these are the reason I would not want to pick a honda or toyota within 1998 to 2004.RICHIE BOI: |
