TITTLE: FEMINISM : GOOD OR BAD

Feminism, the belief in social, economic, and political equality of the sexes. Although largely originating in the West, feminism is manifested worldwide and is represented by various institutions committed to activity on behalf of women’s rights and interests.
Throughout most of Western history, women were confined to the domestic sphere, while public life was reserved for men.women had little or no access to education and were barred from most professions. In some parts of the world, such restrictions on women continue today.

HISTORY OF FEMINISM

The first feminist wave was in the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, the second was in the 1960s and 1970s, and the third extends from the 1990s to the present. Feminist theory emerged from these feminist movements.

WHO STARTED THE FEMINISM

The wave formally began at the Seneca Falls Convention in 1848 when three hundred men and women rallied to the cause of equality for women. Elizabeth Cady Stanton (d. 1902) drafted the Seneca Falls Declaration outlining the new movement's ideology and political ideas to make individual decision.

Concept of feminism was defined as the concern with gender equality and the promotion of equal rights for men and woman, the expression of these concerns through theory or action, and the valuing of individuals for their contributions to society rather than their biological or sexual characteristics or roles.
The feminist movement (also known as the women's movement, or simply feminism) refers to a series of political campaigns for reforms on issues such as reproductive rights, domestic violence, maternity leave, equal pay, women's suffrage, sexual harassment, and sexual violence, all of which fall under the label of discrimination.
The feminist movement has effected change in Western society, including women's suffrage; greater access to education; more equitable pay with men; the right to initiate divorce proceedings; the right of women to initiative and lots more.......

In all these what's our fight,our fight is to stand out,all women, girls, ladies coming to together to shun the abuse of the great women we are..... Because women today are know for entrepreneurs, philanthropist, genius,mother's and wife's.....the live to have this qualities of.......

We are women born to excel........
We Think like a queen. ...
We are like a tea bag - you can't tell how strong we r until you put us in hot water. ...
We are made to be loved, not understood. ..
I don't know who invented high heels, but all women owe him a lot. ...
Man does not control his own fate. ..

A girl should be two things: classy and fabulous.
A great gift from God is de woman, a child is born is the mother and the mother is the woman,she teaches the man how to love and care.
There is a saying never underestimate the power of a woman......
