Are they FG project pls?
Are there federal projects in the South East? No there is none. not. As usual it is the usual self help project of some of the indegines. Truly the Igbo man is not valued in Nigeria for only an Igbo invests outside Igbo land - in the South West as well as in the North - whereas you will find no single investment by any other ethnic group in igbo land

This is the way forward for Nigeria.

If we had technocrats in Governance and not all these kola chewing, uncivilised, annoying illiterates at the helm of affairs, this country would've been a better place for all of us.

Build modular refineries, ensure the existing ones are working;
Refine crude, get 10 basic by-products of crude;
Start supplying our local markets;
Then extend supplies to our neighboring countries; and
In doing just these, jobs will be created, our IGR will be improved.

Why can't Government achieve this ?
Is it rocket science ?
WICKEDNESS AND GREED WILL NOT ALLOW THEM.

its not rochas. Owerri has always been beautiful, before rochas. In the 70s, owerri was the most beautiful city in Nigeria... Sam Mbakwe is the father of Owerri and Aba master plan under Old Imo state, hence Aba and Owerri have similar well master plan but sadly Aba has been left to rot. Udenwa extended owerri with New Owerri, plus individual property developers. it has nothing to do with Rochas

Shut up Rochas destroyed Owerri, Imo should be competing with Abuja in terms of beauty if Rochas had continued with the legacy of the best Governor that has ever existed in Nigeria, i am talking about Chief Sam Onunaka Mbakwe of blessed memory, he made Imo the true Eastern heartland.

Very nice

Someone should enlighten us on the difference between this modular refinery and the conventional refinery

To my understanding, Modular produce in small quantities, unlike the main refineries that produce in large quantities, both for local and export,

That refinery should be able to serve the entire east and parts of the south south.

And given its proximity to the source of raw materials, I expect their fuel to be cheaper than dangote if greed does not come in.
