Good day all, recently I was battling depression and finally God saved me but recently I do observe I have a mild heart palpitations. I've talked to someone about it and he said it's the after effects of depression that it would go with time. Please I want to know how true is this?

I'm just 22years old and My BP is perfectly fine (110/70).

This chest pain could be as a result of blood pressure, which might be as a result of coasting of the heart from the blood vessels, with time the chest pain will worse
because the cells of the heart are dying gradually, well, let me stop here, so as not to cause much panic to you, please visit a doctor, is not going to cause you that much.

I've checked my BP on 3 different occasions and it's reading 110/70. I recently met a doctor and he told me it's cause of the depression I had that it'd ease out with time.

You need to go see a doctor bro before it gets serious if you don’t feel all that I’d have said it’s normal

Don’t stress yourself much for now stay away from football or race anything that would require you to gasp for breath don’t do it and try to eat a lot of fruit

I've seen a doctor and he told he it's cause of the depression and that it'd heal with time... And it's just a mild palpitation

He actually said the same thing that my mind is playing tricks on me that with time it'd stop on it's own, that I shouldn't pressure myself.
I've done all the necessary test and to God be the glory it's all negative
