Hi guys. I will like to know if its advisable to run a phD program in national open University given the incessant strikes in conventional University. I did my 1st and 2nd degree in different Federal universities and had suffered delays due to strike on end. Since there is no such experience as strike action in NOUN, one can possibly finish his/ program in record time. Please any one who did phD in NOUN can share their experiences. Thanks |
