Cult Clash: PDP Ex-chairman Killed In Cross River by KopiteP(m): 1:56pm On May 17, 2020
A former Chapter Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Ekpenyong Okom has been murdered by suspected rival cult group.
The victim, it was alleged, was murdered on Saturday about 8pm, at a drinking joint along Aka Efa in Calabar Municipal Council of Cross River State.

Confirming the report, the State Security Adviser to Governor Ayade, Mr Ani Esin lamented the rival clash, noting that the action was regrettable.

“The victim was a former chapter chairman of PDP in Odukpani, in Odukpani local government area of the State. He was murdered on Saturday by 8pm.
He was shot and died on the spot. He was suspected to be a member of Klanz and was gunned down by suspected members of Axe. The cult operation is not only in Calabar but in Bakassi, Odukpani and its environs,” he regretted.

On Friday at about 7am, a suspected cultist was shot dead, while in the night of the same day, about 8pm another suspected cultist was gunned down, bringing the total number of death to three within two days.

By 2021 obj question on social studies would look like this:

Cross Rivers state and Rivers state are states in Nigeria that has what in common??

A)crude oil
B) Good goveror
C) sensible ladies
D) Cultism

If you choose A you'd be wrong because all the crude oil in Nigeria will have dried up by then.
If you choose B you'd still be wrong because Wike and Ayade would still be in charge then.
C will also be wrong because by then the ladies in PH must have taken Oloshoism to another level while those of them in calabar will keep on doing What they're best known for.

But D will earn you the mark.

The war between klans and axemen in calabar is getting out of hand... Earlier this year a peace commitee was set up to settle these two gangs and both parties agreed to forgive and forget... For the ayemen to off a high ranking klansman and a top politician then the matter is irreconciliable till further notice... Hope say all big boys wey dey game don hide comot for calabar?
