Dear NLanders,
Please I need urgent help. While interviewing for a job and the HR asks you your salary expectation if you were given the job, how should you answer the question? It will also help if I know why they ask that question in the first place.

"Money is very important to me but right now I need the job to gain more experience and to explore opportunities offered by the job. So my salary expectation is within the range of the salary other workers in the same position are earning"
