Experiencing hard nipples can happen anywhere, in your room, outdoor and even in unexpected places. You don’t know why it happens, and you may be a little worried. The good news is that hard nipples are normal from time to time and it is rarely a symptom of cancer or any serious disease.

It is normal for nipples to get hard during certain activities such as sports. Sometimes it might be perky when we get cold and also it might become erect during sexual activities.
