Same surprise I felt when I read this post. Since when did FG start directly approving funds for State University projects? I even doubt if this approval is through TETFUND because TetFund have annual budget for infrastructure and training for each public University, and I have never read of when the minister of Education has to seek approval of FEC for a Tetfund project.

Why is the FG funding a state university?

Whats yhe business of the federal government with a state university, when its not tetfund.

I can bet anything that the computers and printers that they'll buy won't be up to 200k....and I'm damn sure that the figure is inflated.
