Makinde picks Gen Togun as Amotekun Commander By Biola Ologun, Ibadan The Governor of Oyo State, Mr Seyi Makinde has announced the appointment of Gen Kunle Togun (rtd) as the Corps Commander, Amotekun, the local security outfit.
