This is an easy case to win. First of all it is a rape case cos the girl in question does not want it and that's rape. Secondly, after 11days of marriage the teenage girl does not still want sex in a new marriage which means she was forced into it so arrest the parents of the girl. I’m not saying it is, but an 18 year old girl as viewed by the society is an adult as such having sex with such a girl can’t be regarded as child abuse. I’m way beyond 20years of age and yet I’m not married even the pressure from home is kind of minimal but we all know not all parent understands this. My Dad always tell me raising you is the most challenging thing I’ve had to do. I believe he puts in great effort to raising me as I’m the only girl child, so I believe that’s why he has so much fate in me that i will never go rogue.

Addressing your second line, that an 18year old is considered to legally adult is not a reason to hand her a penis, it might not be child abuse but it definitely abuse against her existential rights.

Now to your concluding paragraph, if parents cannot invest in thier children (I make no distinctions in gender) they cannot get an'alternative' by marrying them off. It is a ridiculous and counterproductive action.
