obataokenwa:If you live in lagos....you can't and i repeat nobody can lock down Lagos...until you set up a system that is civilised not in the reverse order then Nigeria can stay in doors and allow you and the FG to test 200 million people till next year...per test 50k. We are already in recession borrowing up and down, people loosing their jobs, salaries being slashed, all business propriety struggling endless mention to say the least...In the realm of ruggedity and doggedness and in the spirit of sobriety lets live and die...either way man must die....survive and make way for the future the instinct of man since he eat apple not hiding in door, even Noah begged God to come out from lockdown. |

obataokenwa: Lolz, if u know so much about importance of seaport to Lagos state, why dont u tell me; as if the money is going to Lagos state government, seaport is not even in the first ten of things that bring money to Lagos. U are crying about seaport what has ur clueless governor done with the 13% derivation they are getting. |

As a medic I think the Government is focusing on only covid19 and has neglected other diseases ravaging the country.. A 2019 world malaria report by WHO shows there is an average of 263 deaths per day in Nigeria from malaria. So why is there so much focus on only 1 disease whose mortality rate in Nigeria is not even as much as malaria.. Other diseases are being neglected and all the funds are being diverted towards coronavirus only... Government should take a holistic approach and also use part of the funds into research, preventive and curative methods that will reduce the scourge of malaria and other ailments killing Nigerians but not reported by the media as much as covid 19... Malaria kills more people in Nigeria daily than covid 19! 1 Like |

obataokenwa: It is time wasting replying your nonsense, Lagos seaport prosper Ibadan, only ibadan? I thought it also prosper Ado-ekiti, Akure and Osogbo, even Niger, since u want to be unreasonable. Seaport ko. Riverport ni. And for ur information, Ibadan was far better than it is now, with cocoa money, and all ur see is seaport, u must be shallow. |

is coronavirus in nigeria credible or a scam? if a state can do a total of 400 coronavirus test in a day & out of 3000000 in state a total of 950000 has coronavirus, it mean that in any area that d do their coronavirus test, d should record a number of 10 or more new case, from what we see so far coronavirus in nigeria is a yahoo boy scam where governor of a state will reduce their coronavirus case when d want 2 ease the lock down & increase their coronavirus case when d want to cash out big |

And stop crying on sea port, it not anyone fault that ur own seaport is worthless, u guys should leave lagos seaport and go to ur onne port to import whatever u want to import or they tie ur hand to lagos seaport |

tutudesz: Enyia, that #50,000 is a political figure. Mind you, 139 you are calculating is just only the ones that came out positive yesterday and not the total number tested yesterday which LASG had claimed it jumped from #10,000 to #50,000. |

HeadShot:Forget about what goes around comes around. You thought is your so call lock down that is preventing Covic19 from ravaging Nigeria. If it is the kind of Covid-19 in US that is here, by now you would have been picking dead bodies in the street. What is your government doing better than Italy. I will categorically state it again and again, There is no Covic19 in Nigeria, what they call Covic19 is the regular malaria. In the other news, Covic19 patients trooped out protesting, if carriers would have that kind of strength to come out from isolation centres in US, Trump wouldn't have lock down even a district not to talk of state. Treat malaria very well if you feel unwell. No Covic19 in Nigeria period 1 Like |

our fed government is not just serious, thank God for state governments. Almost two months into these pandemic, only 40,000 tested? out of a population of 20 m my people what is wrong with these country? If ncdc is truly serious, let them ramp up testing to about 100k a day. |

Jeromejnr: U intentionally leave out Germany, and u think lockdown works? With all the lockdown in USA, remind me how many cases and deaths they av again. UK and spain will start premier league and laliga soon, players have started training if u dont know. Do u know the number of jobs that have been loss, during this short Nigeria lockdown, do u know how much have been lost due to lockdown, oga! I can tell u authoritatively that the short lockdown we had, had more adverse effect than what the so called covid will ever cause lockdown is not sustainable anywhere. EOD. |

Childish Comment as usual, you must bring Tribal sentiment to everything. You claim oil workers are used to sabotage Rivers State and at the same time you are also claiming Almajiri are causing it. Where stand your confusion. When people are crowded everywhere in Lagos without observing health Experts guidelines, so it's almajiri that are causing. Must we blind in reasons. Federal government sabotage Rivers so who sabotage Lagos. Always crying the victim without being objective. I am a South South citizens and in PH, so now federal government will select her citizens in Rivers State to deal with them by infecting them and leave the ones in Bayelsa, Delta, Cross River, Akwa Ibom and Edo. Let's be objective for ones. obataokenwa: |
