Erisco Foods Limited, manufacturers of Ric-giko, Erisco and Nagiko brand of tomato paste and other food products has made a donation of food products worth millions of Naira to Anambra state government to be shared among the most vulnerable as palliatives to cushion the effects of Corona Virus Disease in the state.

Receiving the products on behalf of the state government, the Secretary to the state government, Prof Solo Chukwulobelu thanked the management and staff of Erisco Foods for their kind gesture and assured them that the items will be distributed to the most vulnerable in the state.

Earlier while making the presentation on behalf of the Chairman/Managing Director of Erisco Foods Limited, Chief Eric Umeofia (IKUKU OMA-AMICHI), Mazi Nnamdi Nwokolo said the donation is the organisations little way of appreciating and supporting the Anambra state government to cushion the effects of the lockdown in the state.

The company had earlier made similar donations to Lagos State government, Amichi Town Union in Lagos State and Ebenator Okpala Village, Amichi, Anambra state.
