Fig Health Stores, Lekki, a leading manufacturer and distributor of natural skin and haircare products, is looking for a Customer Service Representative and Sales Supervisor at its office in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. Responsibilities include;

1. Interaction with customers that come to the retail shop
2. Distributor relationship management
3. Management of our website, Whatsapp and email sales channels
4. Customer order fulfillment
5. Coordination of deliveries to customers with our various logistics partners
6. Supervision of the sales staff
7. Preparation of Sales and Customer Interaction reports

The successful candidate must be possessed of the following qualifications:

a. HND or higher degree
b. At least 3 years post degree work experience in customer relationship management and/or sales
c. Integrity and a strong work ethic
d. Good social communication skills
e. Ability to learn and retain information pertaining to our products and their uses

Starting salary is N80,000 - N90,000 depending on experience. The work schedule is Monday to Saturday. Hours depend on government regulations under the current pandemic situation, but are normally 8.30am to 630pm. Location is Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
