Considering how small the financial capacity of Ebonyi state is, and how much this man is achieving for his people, one can say undoubtedly that Governor Dave Umahi of Ebonyi state is the real Mr. Project governor. I wish my Niger Delta governors can borrow a leaf from this man. Niger Delta region should be competing with cities in foreign land if they use their money well. |
