Straw argument indeed

1. You refused to address the 2 commodities I mentioned.
Agricultuiral commodities are different from petroleum producits.

2. It's the consumers fault that government can not refine locally despite being in power for 6 years

Because thanks to government controlling prices of fuel, no one is willing to build a refinery (unless your name is Dangote) and sell fuel at a price lower than what it costs to refine it. That's the issue with subsidy.

3. Why is unsubsidied rice not killing benin, yet the cost is double in Nigeria.

Why isn't unsubsidised expensive fuel killing Benin,Niger, Sierra Leone, etc yet Nigeria which is at a higher level so to speak can't pay correct price for fuel...so that the income needed to expand facilities, build more refienreis, etc...which would eventually lead to lower fuel prices by competition.

There is no free stuff in freetown.

DareIt:

There is no subsidy at the moment following the crash of global oil prices. The govt seized the opportunity to stop subsidy of the products which is why Nigerians should be ready to pay higher or lower prices based on market fluctuations, going forward.
