If you've been dating a guy for more than a year and he's yet to show any sign of commitment or keep delaying things between the two of you, it might be as a result of one or two things...

It might be due to the girl's character. Probably she is only good in bed, but can't cook. When you keep asking your boo to take you out for lunch or buy your takeaway and you hardly make any attempt to cook for him, my dear you are already on the wrong bus.

Another reason could be if the guy don't really love her as claimed. He will keep delaying marriage plans with her until he finds his desired woman. So that he can break up with his girlfriend and marry the woman he wants. Lots of girls are in such a relationship presently but they are not aware.

The last reason might be due to his siblings or family dislikeness for you. Even if his siblings or family always call you 'our wife' whenever they see you, my dear don't be deceived. They might even be the ones telling him not to marry you, simply cos they don't like you...family do play a big role in a man' marriage decision most times...though some ladies usually do their best to familiarize themselves with their boyfriend' family members. But that might not be enough to make them like you or want you as a wife for their son, brother or friend.

Once they don't fancy you, there is nothing you can do to change their perception about you. If you like, clean, wash and cook for the whole family everyday, it won't change anything.
