At this trying time that Corona virus pandemic, which has inevitable brought the world and it's economy to a halt, exposing the most vulnerable members of the society to an unimaginable economic hardship, with it's horrific and horrendous consequences. Good spirited individuals have rolled out various palliative and intervention programmes for the masses.

In the light of the above, an illustrious son of Ngor Okpala LGA in Imo State, Hon. Dr. T.O.E Ekechi (Ugo Eji Ejemba, Ngor Okpala)in his usual magnanimity as a man with heart of gold and milk of human kindness put smiles on the faces of the most indigents members of his immediate community in Ngor Okpala numbering over 600 persons.

The event which played out during the weekend witnessed Cajetan Duke, sharing palliatives from Hon. Ekechi, to elderly women, men and youths in the area.

It will be recalled that earlier before this event, Dr. Ekechi had also extend similar gestures to various categories of people, including but not limited to members of pen profession in the state.
