Igbos in Equatorial Guinea only left Nigeria after 1960 to Equatorial Guinea.

Yorubas have been in Togo before there was a country named Togo

Yorubas are seen as indigenous people in Sierra Leone and Guinea

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oku_people_(Sierra_Leone)

Igbos in Equatorial guinea have been there before 1960 and are now registered as indigenous group there, consisting 5% of the population there.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Equatorial_Guinea

I dont see Yoruba recognized officially as an ethnic group in Togo.

As for Sierra Leone. The Yorubas were as much as Igbos there. The two groups were rivals and well balanced.

The info is erroneous. They were not only from Arochukwu, they are from all parts of Igboland. In Igbo folklore, Equatorial guinea is known as PANYA. Our grandfathers all have stories to tell about Panya.

Which igbos are in Equatorial guinea?

They went to Equatorial guinea after western civilization had come to Africa

In any case, the whole population of Equatorial guinea is not more than 1.2 million as at 2015.

PS: We have large numbers of Yorubas in Ivory coast, Ghana, Sierra lone, Liberia and Gambia.

Don't forget Brazil.

There are no official Yorubas in Brazil.
Just black slaves from all parts of Africa practicing Yoruba traditional religion, as a means to reach out to Mama Africa, since Yorubas were the last set of slaves to arrive South America from Africa, at a time most Slaves from Congo, Igbo, Mandika, Angola, etc who were brought there earlier had all lost their link to Africa due to the slave masters initial strict rules of trying to "deAfricanize" them.
The Yoruba slaves arrived at a time the white slave masters had relaxed their initial rules that stripped the earlier slaves of their Africa names, religion, etc.
This allowed Yoruba slaves retain their traditional religion, while other blacks who had lost their religion decided to copy Yoruba religion and even names in bid to reconnect to Mama Africa.

Not every black in Brazil practicing Yoruba religion is of Yoruba descent.
Yorubas are not the major black group taken to Brazil.

Nothing like Okun in Sierra Leone. By the way, all colonial archives called Yoruba slaves in Sierra Leone "Aku" and not Okun, and they were always matched in number and influence by Igbo slaves in Sierra Leone as well.

Today descendants of Igbo and Yoruba slaves in Sierra had been assimilated as KRIOS. There no more Ibos or Aku as groups indigenous to Sierra Leone.

Kanuri - Nigeria, Chad
Hausa - Nigeria, Niger, Benin
Bariba - Nigeria Benin
Yoruba - Nigeria, Benin, Togo, Ghana, Sierra Leone.
Fulani - Nigeria, Cameroon, Niger, Mali, Ghana, Guinea,

Spread of language is not a yardstick for population. English is spoken in more than 80 countries by more than 3 billion people but the English are less than 55 million people. Kanuri is spoken in Cameroon, Niger, Chad and Nigeria but they are still a minority tribe.

Jukunland is bigger in geographical spread than the South East but the Jukuns remain a tiny minority.

In Nigeria, the Ibos are the most travelled people, they see the whole world as their space and move without hindrance to live and settle in strange lands. That bravery is what makes the Igbos more populous than the yoruba.

Argue as you may, the Ibos are dominant in their land and are the second most dominant after the indigenous population outside their regions within nigeria.

Outside Nigeria within Africa, the Ibos are found in large population in EVERY African country and outside Africa are easily the most populous Nigerians found in other non-African countries cummulatively. 2 in every 5 Africans in diaspora are Nigerians, 1 out of that two is usually an Igbo, the other 1 could come from any other 350 tribes within nigeria.

These are facts laid bare, not your Ewe Ironyin or Yemi kale statistical jargons.
