If you choose 1 bedroom apartment for 5yrs payment plan, after you deposit 500k, you are left with 12million naira to pay over 5 years.

You can choose to pay monthly, quarterly or every 6 months, the most important thing is you have to pay what's due at every 6 months.

On this plan, the client has to pay 1.2m every 6 months, soo if the client likes he or she can pay either of the following ;

1) 200k monthly
2) 600k twice in that 6 months with is 300k quarterly
3) 1.2m at the end of that 6 month.
