Hello phone experts. please I need ur help on this. My phone storage (Huawei mate 7) has reduced in size from a total of 16gb to 3gb (I don't know how this happened) and the phone is unable to take anything more than 200mb, even this 200mb quickly finishes due to the bloatwares (Google apps and preinstalled apps) dat keep creating data so I end up with 0.0byte as my phone storage and this is affecting my ability to install any app on the phone especially apps that depend on phone storage.. please what can be d problem and how do I solve it?

Method 1: When the device is on, dial *#06# for query.
Method 2: When the device is on, enter Settings -> About phone -> Current status for query.
Method 3: Check the device serial number on the back label if the battery cover could be dismantled.
Method 4: Check the device serial number on the product package.

While u dial this *#06#.....If the seventh and eighth digits are either 03/30 04/40, this indicates your phone is made in China but its quality is good. But not good either as 00, 01 or 10.

it's actually d real Huawei ,d problem is I was given d phone by someone so it seems he had tampered with some settings (recovery, root etc) all other things are okay with d phone, it works fine as d real Huawei but seems like the phone memory has damaged somehow it's supposed to be 16gb as written in d phone's status., apps keep crashing due to insufficient space and 8 can't play some games installed due to low phone storage.

I checked online for some solutions and all I can relate it to is some "twrp flashing recovery stuff** I have no idea wat dis is
