Depends. Optimisation is still something to work on. Remember when the IP 11 Pro came out it couldn't run HDR Extreme but the XS could. Right now you could say so but give it a few months and see what changes.

For Example the RN7 plays Mobile Legends @ High and HFR(60Fps) but the RN9s doesn't have the 60FPS option yet, so you can't write off the RN7 as being better.

So, like I said, depends.

check stats and reviews , OnePlus doesn't end up been famed flagship killer for nothing, invest lil time watching reviews.yes and yes it rivals Samsung too.

All round performance and value for money is Oneplus, kindly check stats e no hard, as a big fan of Xiaomi I know their flagship doesn't rival OnePlus please don't start that comparison.

Camera Mi 10 Pro beat the OnePlus 8 Pro hands down. For Ultrawide I give OnePlus for details despite having a lesser field of view.

OnePlus have few things good going for it The Refresh Rate which is only felt on the UI very limited apps support, the 10-bit color display and lastly the UI.

Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro has like the best audio speakers on a mobile phone currently.
But yet the display was still behind the Samsung Galaxy Ultra and Samsung supplied the Amoled panel for OnePlus 8 PRO.

It is not always by Sensor but Optimization.

Check the image samples of Mi 10 Pro on DXOMARK and Gsmarena and comeback no need to be sentimental.

Even before the DXOMARK report I already said here that imagery is not OnePlus strongest points and BBK won't allow it to be better than Oppo because it will mean bad business for them they have to balance everything so all their subsidiaries we have an upper hand in an aspect.

EG. Honor devices can never have better camera outputs than Huawei even if they use the same sensor.

Redmi Cameras will never surpass Xiaomi even if they use the same sensor. A perfect example is Mi 9 Vs Redmi K20 Pro.

They are good, the only issues I have with their output sometimes is this yellowish tint probably because of their RYYB arrangement

It should because it plays asphalt 9 on 60fps smoothly, compared to MI A3 that plays it on 30fps
