oga i must say you have so much problem with yourself , my first question is do you ever purchase a land in obawole or your relative has a land here ,even at this deed of assignment is involve , and since you know this particular issue then mention it before any agreement,let your lawyer be at present to trash silly issue , issue of omonile is common in lagos and is not a new thing but people know how they go about it and you now carry issue as if obawole is Niger delta hmnn na wa o don't be a blocking stone as you know if you are too stingy a times you have most problem with omonile . it happens in most places but you ARE the that will reject it , and am hearing this for the first time
