It's not that they are working hard as Nigerians.Their jobs are mainly administrative Jobs, while the Nigerian employees do most of the productions but these white immigrants will be taking #1m plus mansions and other allowances at their employers expenses while the Nigerian employees will be agitating for a salary increment of #40k.
If we travel out to work in their own country, they hardly employ African without work permit. If they manage to employ the one who has a work permit,it is either a cleaner, gardener or street sweeper.I don't know why Africans are treated badly in a white man's land.

To be fair, the foreigner have more skills that you, that is why they are employed and paid well.

If you had the skills, nobody would have employed the foreigner.

Funny enough, white people don't do that, they’ll rather train a white and use trial and error than to hire a black that has more skills.

We should do the same to them in Africa.

i agree with you, to say that Nigerians are not skillful is very incorrect, all those graduates from covenant uni and those that went to study out of the continent had the opportunity to study in same classroom with best students around the world. We just have that inferiority mindset.
