It's in the news that the house of rep has decided to come up with possible penalty for criminals who are charged for rape. The sudden rise of this "epidemic" is totally alarming and there has to be penalty laws that regulates perverts to desist from this madness. |

Best thing to be done would be an improsnment of 15years. If you gonna suggest castration,my question for you is what happens to ladies that rape guys? At least when u've had 15years of your life wasted in a confinement,nobody would tell you to have sense. |

I will suggest that; their balls be chopped off, fingers chopped off, eyes plucked or gouged out. lips torn or ripped off. tongue should be cut off. Toe nails should be removed. 9 out of 32 teeth should be removed. one half of ass should be drilled with 7 inch nails Hanged on one leg for 14 days without food or water. And then shot. 1 Like |

It should be judged on how the Situation was, for extreme cases That Include Physical abuse 20 years plus forced labour and after release You shall work for charity for 5 years with close monitoring. for case that include death, we ain't talking about the Rape first life Imprisonment plus chemical Castration with 1 year if solitary confinement after every 2 years, if the Individual changes we shall sit and discus how to reduce his term. for normal Rape maybe she visited you and refuse you sex and you forced your way, 10 years in jail (can be reduced based on your improvements) with minimal labour and after release placed on parole for 5 years. And if it happens again back to case 1. |
