I have been trying to log in for some weeks now.. I don't know is am the only one experiencing this problem or Is a general thin

The app is working fine. Confirm that you are using the latest update 2.2.25.

Try clearing the cache.

I did everything.. I still can't watch any channel on it.. It brings out there is an error connecting to log in server... Can you watch all the channels on your dstv now app

Still the same.. I log out deleted the app and re-downloaded it still the same Thing.. Show me ur screenshot... Showing only dish on tv

I have no problem streaming live TV or Catch Up.

I experienced same few weeks back. Try updating to the very latest version on playstore. I still watched BBN4 reunion on mine last night

Make sure you are using the latest version, check Playstore for updates.

Go to phone settings - Apps - Select app - Storage - Clear cache ONLY.

Only showing dish on tv for sometime now.
By compact plus susbs is active.

Contact their staff via chat he'll reset it for you, that's what I did.

Sure.

All you need is the account details of an active DStv subscriber. Each account can be used to register a maximum of 4 devices.
