I would like to apologize to all those who have suffered, suffered, suffered during the time that the nairaland forum was down, down down. That was Friday, Saturday, Sunday but now at 15 minutes after 3am on Monday morning we are back, back, back in full force!

I talked to him... so i wasn't scared. BUt i was scared before he told me what happened. I was like.. Oh hell no!! WTF happened?

Ok, it's official......................I'm addicted to NL!!!!  I had withdrawals all weekend long.   Couldn't go out for my birthday cuz I was sick, NL was down.....................do you see my dilemma?  Thank goodness I can finally get my click on

The problem was that the server mysteriously dissapeared and my host does not know why. Others have experienced the problem in the past - their virtual servers just dissappear. But our host is investigating and while they are investigating, well, I am already configuring a new server elsewhere as a backup or possibly the default server.

b_e_b_e we are sorry about the way the outage disrupted your birthday plans. How can we make it up?

I need a 12 sept program like the have at AA to help me with this addiction.

I'd much rather be addicted to this than anything else! Soooo glad everything's up and running again. I almost started doing normal things like reading, hanging out with my family, even exercising! Can you imagine?

I actually went out last night with some friends to shoot some pool, this morning I got all my assignments for the week done and even had time to do laundry just to keep me busy. So this is what normal life is

How did i survive those days without NL? it beats me too. I never knew i was such an addict those 3 days off were traumatizing, oh my!!  glad we're back though

We need to form a support group for emergencies like this.

@seun i think we need to move this site to a more reliable host. the support u got is one of the crappiest i v ever seen. a community like this can't be anything less of premium service.
