Invest N1m to N5m in any of our estates under the land banking schemes, in 12 months the company the company buys back the land at 30% interest.

That is N1m investor gets N1.3m, and N5m gets N6.5m in 12months,

And N1.5m for N1m investment in 18mths window, and N7.5m for N5m in 18mths.

We have happy investors who started with us over a year ago on this.

In the worse case scenario, the client gets 100% in land value. Meaning if he invests N1m into 1plot of Katopp haven court phase 2, he gets 2 plots if we fail to pay.
