Hello! I am a PhD student in one of Nigerian Universities and I am currently working on research proposal revolving around Constituency communication among federal legislators in the country. However, one grey area I am currently grappling with is the accessibility of these legislators (seantors/House of rep Members) for data gathering. Closely related to this the possibility that these legislators themselves, not one of their aides, will fill my questionnaire. Nairalanders, how accessible is our federal legislators for research purpose? Thanks
