I need solution to my current predicament

I'm going to go straight to the point wouldn't want to bore y'all



Earlier this year I started to have itch around my anus, it wasn't that serious so I ignored it ,

as the months went by my anal itch intensified so I thought it was due to the fresh pepper I use to consume cause I eat a lot of fresh pepper so I stopped eating the fresh pepper

but the anal itch didn't stop, it has now gotten worse and it has also spread to my eyes

I know this might sound funny but my eyes now itch me too, the itch is becoming unbearable and I fear It might damage my eyesight

So dear nairalanders I need solution to my current predicament
