I don't want to justify anything here because I caused so many of our differences. We have been married for over 13years with kids, but I have not been comfortable with how she handle the kids and how they are turning, also she made me change the line of business, location at some time in our marriage that affected me badly, then our relationship has been sour over the years, I had to relocate outside Lagos to be doing business and visit once or twice in a month. I have had some one or two other ladies in the past, but I always protect myself, but when I met this other particular lady, she started showing subtleness and caring, she got to know about my family too, so I started nursing the idea of trying something else wit her and hopefully I could start another life in my new location. It was the lockdown that made me to come back to Lagos in late March and it is being this health issues.

Pls so urgent, I have chronic inflammation on my neck, I can't even turn it again, sore throat for over 2months, oral thrush with white tongue, pains around the body, finger discoloration, constant headache and fuss. I am suspecting HIV now because, I had a fling with a lady in sometimes back in March, I became serious with her after seeing her church background, with the hope of getting her pregnant, I barely know her, unfortunately, I discovered she is a pretending hoes, so I cut off, and I have been praying I didn't contract anything. Two weeks after, I started having this pains, and all other health challenges. I have tested for almost everything without solution, I have done HIV test up to 10times, all negative, till just 5th of June. Pls anyone with ideas on what I can do. I have been several hospital with no solution. I don't if it is seroconvert I m going through. I met an HIV consultant sometimes in May, and he did some tests for me, and it turned out negative, and he convinced me that it was my mind and not HIV, so I made a silly mistake at home by sleeping with my wife on May12, and she too has been falling sick too for over 2weeks now. We are in a big dilemma now. I have confessed everything to her. I need solution to this matter pls. Anyone with useful suggestion pls. Where can I do test to know what is wrong with me, so I can prevent my wife from this pains too.

When you start thinking about a particular ailments/sickness, your body quickly respond to it, and you will start experiencing the same symptoms. You need to visit a good hospital or lab for another HIV test. If come out negative, please take home recipe more seriously to clear your system from toxic and possible infections.

it is not only hiv that affect people
their are so many std out their
based on your explanation to them they will determine the type of std test they will run for you

I have done several test, and used all the drugs they gave me, but no much improvement, but we are removing our mind from the HIV for now and hopefully the antibiotics and other drugs can work. The drugs I have consumed in the last 2months is more than what I have consumed in my entire life.
