Bishop Oyedepo has again put the Federal Government on blast for not reopening churches fully due to the spreading of COVID-19 . Naija News NG Bishop Oyedepo argued that the states that have opened up for worship have not recorded any COVID-19 outbreak for five weeks now yet the Government want churches to run for only one hour and on only Sundays while market places run for 8 hours. Oyedepo also said very shortly they will tell preachers that you can not pray for more than 15 minutes because we have as many constitutions as we have administrators , they will tell you to submit your preaching so we can censor it. They are resisting the place of worship in the name of lets preserve people, if someone dies in your family today, wont you go to work ? , he asked.
