Anger against the killing of George Floyd has once again resurrected anger against slave trade and its perpetrators in the western world.

world over, people who played major roles in slave trade are being disgraced and statues honouring them are either defaced or turn down.

from Edward Colston in Uk, Kind Leopold II in Spain and so many others.

if the world is angry at slave traders why are we still leaving the statues of known slave traders like Efunroye Tinubu and other Africans who made huge wealth from selling fellow Africans still standing.

the Oba of Benin and other well known slave trading families like the Igbinedions, the Nwaubani Ogogo, the tinubus and so many others should tender and unreserved apology to all Africans.

For starters, all their statues should be dismantled and destroyed.
