Hello,please I have huawie E160 modem,unlocked,it worked with mtn,airtel and etisalat. But when I put glo after putting the Apn,user name and password,It will not connect and it gives this message: error 619 connection to the remote computer could not be established,so the port use for the connection was closed. |

GLo is crap right now. Everyone is complaining about their voice and internet which keeps disconnecting. |

Hi Guys, I use to have the same problem with my modem, until i found a way out of it. You need to reset the modem back to factory settings just the way it was made in the factory. The truth is that the modem is configured to come as RAS and not NDIC and that's why Glo can't connect with it. But once the reset is done, you will be able to use the modem as RAS and NDIC. All you need is a window based programme called hyper-terminal. The terminal will aid in the reset to factory settings. I have a manual already made by me, so if you need it, just buzz me via email dre9014life@yahoo.com. Am not charging anything because someone help me too to make it happen. Hope to hear from you guys soon. |
