The arrest of former Nigerian Big boy, hushpuppi for fraud and BEC scam is no longer news.

However social media has been awash with claims of Hushpuppi being smart and mythical, because he was able to scam the U. S government of $35 million.

Now, I have never had a personal engagement with this supposed mythical creature, but what smart person steals from people, then use the stolen wealth and rub it in the faces of their victims?

Or what smart person lives a life a luxury and claims he is into real estate, yet no form of real-estate business on his profile.

I daresay hushpuppi is not smart, infact all Mr. Hushpuppi needed was money and the right connections.

Money to purchase tools and connections to buy tools from the darkweb, even the compromised business emails and passwords are usually bought from the darkweb.

You see, the ones that hack the accounts and sell. The ones that never ever touch stolen money, The ones that understand that freedom can be expensive, those are the smart ones.

Let us not celebrate stealing, because tomorrow you might be the next victim.
