My LG 32lk610bplb all of a sudden started showing enter password as shown in the attached picture.
I never set any password on the TV nor any other form of security.
This issue has rendered the TV inoperable because anything I press on the remote brings this password pop up.

Have you had same issue? How did you fix it?
Anyhelp will be greatly appreciated.

I've done those, I even use LG's default 7777 code but when ever the password pop up appears only the numbers in the middle column of the remote work, that is the numbers 2,5,8,0

strange but this is true even though the remote isn't faulty

The results I see would require me to access the TV settings but I can't do that in my case because anything I press on the remote brings up the password pop up
